    All work must be framed and using a wire hanger to be located two inches from the top.
    Each artist is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of art work to the gallery.  Details will be
    provided later.  Note that the deadline for registering is December 15th, 2018.

    To enter the exhibit, there are 3 things you need to do:

    1.  Read and agree to the entry rules in the online registration.  Using the link below, fill out the
    form showing the details of what you will put in the exhibit and then click the "Send to
    Mary Lee"  button. The deadline is Dec. 15, 2018.


    Click here to print out the release form. (If someone else is delivering your art, they must
    bring this signed release from you.


    2.  Put a label on each picture!





    3.  Deliver your artwork to the auditorium on Monday
    January 7, 10:30 - 11:00 AM.

    Our exhibit for 2019 will be at the
    Peabody Rose Room in Daytona
    Beach, January 8th through
    February 1st.  

    The general requirements:  you
    may enter as many as 4 pieces.  
    The only restrictions are that they
    must be at least 75% colored
    pencil, and not shown at the
    Peabody in previous exhibits.

    Delivery date is January 7th  from
    10:30 to 11:00.  The opening
    reception will be Thursday Jan. 10,
    2:00 to 4:00 PM.  Pick up date:
    Tuesday February 5, 2019,
    10 - 10:30 AM.
